FRAME

The Frame class is where TRVFIT members build their foundation.
It’s the training environment where strength and structure are developed through smart, progressive loading.
Frame sessions are full-body by design, but each day carries a primary movement emphasis (squat, press, or hinge) to guide progression.
The goal of every Frame day is the same: move heavy, move well, and move with intent.

Boxing

TRV|FIT’s signature boxing and conditioning experience — where authentic boxing meets functional fitness. You’ll learn real technique through guided rounds of bag work, cross-training, and core-focused drills designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence. No experience? No problem. Whether you’re here to sharpen your skills or just sweat it out, boxing is the perfect class to unleash your inner fighter and have fun doing it.

ENGINE is our conditioning-based interval class built to push your endurance and functional strength. Expect high-energy intervals, varied functional movements, and smart programming that challenges your stamina while improving overall athletic performance. Every workout is designed to keep your heart rate up, muscles firing, and energy high from start to finish.

HYROX

HYROX is a high-intensity, performance-driven workout designed to build strength, speed, and endurance. Inspired by the global fitness race format, each session combines functional strength training with endurance-based cardio, including running, sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more. Whether you’re training for a HYROX competition or just looking to level up your fitness.
