Rachel Gomillion

Co-Owner and Coach

Welcome to TRVFIT Berkley-I’m so glad you’re here. As the co-owner of this incredible space, I’m passionate about creating a community where people feel empowered, supported, and celebrated. My journey into fitness and wellness began with a strong academic foundation. I earned my degree in Exercise Science and completed my Master’s in Exercise Physiology, fueling my passion for understanding the human body and helping others reach their full potential. Before co-owning this gym, I spent over 23 years in the event industry, where I learned how to create meaningful, transformative experiences-a skill I’ve brought into building TRVFIT Berkley.

One of my greatest passions is helping women navigate midlife transitions with strength and confidence. That’s why I created Strong Beyond the Shift, a program designed to support women during perimenopause and menopause. By blending Strength-Interval Training (SIT), jump training, and mind-body connection work, I help clients build physical strength and foster resilience, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with their bodies. Whether you’re here for personal training, group classes, or exploring what we’re all about, I hope TRVFIT Berkley feels like home for you.

Natalie Wardlaw

General Manager

I’m Coach Natalie, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and certified barre instructor with nearly nine years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion is transforming lives through movement and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Michigan, I design dynamic workouts that seamlessly blend artistry, strength, and functional movement. At TRVFIT, I serve as both a manager and coach, leading private and semi-private training sessions that elevate performance and build strength.

As a coach, I prioritize balance and inspire my clients to embrace life fully while striving for their personal best. Whether through strength training, nutrition guidance, or barre-inspired movement, my goal is to create a lasting impact that empowers you to thrive physically and mentally.

Head Coach

I’m Coach Emilie, I am a certified Personal Trainer and Head Coach at TRV|FIT Berkley. My love for fitness started from day one! I’ve always enjoyed being an athlete through sports, track and field along with cross country. I enjoy training and competing in TRV|FIT events, CrossFit, 5Ks and half marathons. I love to strategize and bring competitive energy into my training.

As a coach, my true passion lies in helping clients discover a sustainable balance and love for fitness that enhances their everyday lives. I design challenging, results-driven workouts tailored to meet the unique goals of each person. Whether you’re aiming for strength, aesthetics, or overall wellness, I’m here to support you and have fun along the way!

Teresa McGovern

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Teresa McGovern, I am a personal trainer. I decided to become a trainer, because I understand the need for strength training, moving your body can be anti-aging and help you to feel stronger and healthier as you age. I am a coach at TRVFIT Berkley and TRV|FIT Farmington and love championing the FIT OVER 50 Semi-Private. Recently I turned 59 years old. So, I understand this fitness journey later in life, I started my fitness journey at the age of 54. I understand as we get older, ailments and aches and pain are a part of our existence. In 2021, a doctor visit and diagnosis (diabetes and high blood pressure) started me on this journey.

At the start of my journey, there was uncertainty and fear, so I understand the start of the journey and I can help you. When joined the TRVFIT family and was immediately encouraged and supported by my decision to take control of my health and wellness. When I started it was difficult to breathe, my stamina was nil, and I had to keep taking breaks and sitting down in class. I had knee pain, which meant running much less than walking difficult. A weekly class turned into multiple classes and semi-private classes. As a result of working out, my life has been transformed. This past year, I have competed in a few TRVFIT activities and a realization, that I am an athlete and completed several 5k races some of which I didn’t complete the year before.

I’m Holly, a personal trainer and fitness coach at TrvFit Berkley since April 2023. Previously a proud member since 2021, I have 16 years of hospital experience, including a decade on a surgical unit for cardiac and thoracic patients, which reinforced my belief in the transformative power of movement and healthy living. My passion for health took a significant turn when I prepared for a fitness shoot and experienced what it was like to work with a personal trainer in 2015. That’s when my journey started. I joined TRVFIT Berkley in 2021. Two week later I decided I wanted to do a fitness competition and Coach Katie over there trained me and I secured 1st place in my debut NCP Bikini Competition.

When I’m not coaching, I’m a devoted mom to a beautiful teenage daughter, I’m a entrepreneur, and social media manager. I’m dedicated to empowering women to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. I believe in prioritizing health and movement, no matter how busy life gets. Outside the gym, I enjoy baked goods, comedy, outdoor adventures, creativity, and have recently reignited my passion for cooking. I also love attending health, wellness, and networking events to connect with others and inspire a healthier lifestyle.

Sammie Terbrack

Hi, I’m Sammie Terbrack-wife, mom, fitness coach, and functional nutritionist! Born and raised in the mitten, I hold a degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University and have spent nearly 18 years in the health and fitness world. It’s truly my greatest joy to help people learn how to nourish, honor, and challenge their bodies, and I’m beyond grateful to do this in a community that shares those same values. As a mom, I understand how tough it can be to prioritize your health while raising tiny humans, which is why I’ve made it my mission to help moms rediscover their strength, balance, and vitality. That passion led me to return to school and dive deeper into functional nutrition, focusing on women’s health concerns like hormones and gut health.

When I’m not at the gym or geeking out about nutrition and fitness, you can usually find me outdoors with my two favorite guys-my husband and son-soaking in all that nature has to offer. I also have a deep love for tacos, ice cream, elephants, and 90s rap (yes, in that exact order). Whether you’re stepping into your first workout or leveling up your fitness journey, I’m here to cheer you on and help you crush your goals!

Samantha Schmuck

Samantha is a Holistic Stress Management Coach who empowers individuals with practical tools to reduce stress to decrease pain and increase their ability to live life to their fullest. She does this through education, toxin-free swaps, yoga, CBD, and her fun & experiential VIBE & Embodiment® program to create habit change in a fun and easy way each day.

Samantha received her bachelor’s in Health Coaching from Life University and is certified in the AromaTouch Essential Oil application, Reiki Level II, Holistic Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Transformational and Mastery coaching certificates from Health Coach Institute, and most recently her 200-YTT from Citizen Yoga.

She has been a coach for the last 10 years working with over a 1,000 individuals to create personal & professional alignment through 1-to-1 & group coaching, speaking engagements, retreats, and workshops. She has also developed and taught Advanced Nutrition for Health Coaches & the Life Coach Certificate courses for Health Coach Institute which has trained over 14,000 individuals.

Hi, I’m Rachel! I joined TRVFIT as a member in 2021, and became a coach in 2022. I love this community and the growth we’re all pursuing together! I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone can see themselves succeeding in the gym. We all start in different places, will see individualized progress, and have unique goals, and I aim to celebrate that and support it through my role as a coach. I especially love coaching boxing and guiding people to develop their boxing skill set and feel more confident and strong in hitting the heavy bag. Outside of the gym, I work full time as a project manager and enjoy hiking, board games, and traveling.

Hi, I’m Coach Stephanie! My fitness journey began as a member at TRVFit after having my second child. As I gained strength, confidence, and a deep love for movement, I realized that fitness had become something I wanted to pursue full time. I am now an NASM CPT, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Pre and Post Natal Trainer, and FRC Mobility Specialist. These certifications allow me to help clients improve their strength, mobility, and movement patterns-whether it’s to move pain-free or to build lasting confidence in their bodies.

My goal is to guide you in building a solid foundation for long-term fitness, without the pressure of perfection or negative self-talk.

I’m here to help you make steady progress toward feeling strong, capable, and confident in your own body-no matter where you’re starting from.

As a mom of two, I understand the challenge of juggling family life and personal fitness, but I believe it’s possible to find a balance. I’m here to support you with realistic, sustainable approaches to help you reach your goals. Let’s work together to get you moving well and feeling strong.
